Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No. Our Free Trial does not require you to provide us with any credit card information to sign up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you’d like us to accept purchase orders or take any form of offline payment (E.X Bank Transfer), please contact your account manager or write to billing@owiwi.co.uk.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We offer 2 different options via our online model (Monthly and Annual) so you can pick the plan that fits your needs. You can always downgrade or switch plans at any time. If you are looking for something else, you can always contact us here.
Can I extend the duration of the Free Trial?
Yes. Extensions are available upon request which offer an additional 5 days to your trial; just contact us here and we will get that set up for you immediately.
What happens at the end of my Free Trial?
When your free trial ends, you will no longer be able to access your dashboard. To regain access to your dashboard, you will need to subscribe to one of our packages. Your data and results will be stored and kept safe in the meantime.
What’s included in my trial plan?
Your trial plan includes 5 assessments over a period 10 days – and offers you access to most of our features which are also provided on the Corporate Plan with the exception of Multiple Administrators and Import/Export functionality.
Note: As of 16/03/20 and in light of the Covid pandemic, we have extended our Free Trial to offer 10 Assessments over 15 Days.
